When it comes to your special day, you deserve so much more than a folder of digital images. This is why every single couple I work with receives luxe printed products to display proudly in their homes and a custom heirloom leather album imported from Italy.
As a new bride, I know the importance of choosing the right photographer to document and capture your day. I am so passionate about what I do and I can assure you, I pour my heart and soul into each and every wedding and elopement I have the honor to be a part of. Welcome
I only work with a maximum of 15 wedding and elopement couples each year to ensure the highest level of customer service. If I am available for your event, a signed contract and 50% retainer are required to secure your date. I am not able to hold your date without these two items for any reason.
Upon securing your date, I will send you a special gift and detailed email with timelines, vendor recommendations, and a link to schedule your engagement session. I can't wait to work with you!
Secure Your Date
Your engagement session is the perfect opportunity for us to work together before your big day. You'll get a feel for how I shoot and interact with you and your fiancé, and I'll learn all about how the two of play and connect with each other.
Whether you prefer to shoot somewhere local or go for a day-long destination session, we'll plan something amazing that you will absolutely love! Dress up, keep it casual, or find your happy place somewhere in-between. No matter what you decide, let's celebrate your love!
Engagement Session
About three months before your wedding day, we will meet in-person or via video chat to create your day-of timeline. We'll discuss everything in detail, including shot lists, key details to highlight, formal portraits and groupings to capture, and special traditions or events that will be happening during your ceremony or reception. In a nutshell, whatever you have planned, I want to know all about it.
By the end of this call, we will both be on the same page with a solid plan of action for your event.
Day-of Prep
One week before your big day, we will connect on the phone or via video chat to finalize all of the last details. We will make any needed timeline adjustments at this time. If anything has changed, please be sure to let me know!
Together, we will agree on the time that I should arrive– ideally when you are scheduled to start your hair and makeup.
One Week Before
You've waited your whole life for this day– and it's finally here! As your wedding photographer, my goal is document every detail, smile, and special moment. Your wedding day means the world to me and I will give you everything I've got.
With all of our prep and planning beforehand, you won't have to worry about a thing. You can remain blissfully in the moment, knowing that all of your planning and curating is being perfectly and beautifully documented.
Your Wedding Day
Following your wedding, I will get to work behind the scenes editing all of your beautiful images! I will take the time to organize your images into multiple categories that will make it easier for you to sort through them after they're delivered. Every image will be hand-edited by me, ensuring they are color-corrected and cohesive throughout.
Your images will be ready to view at your Reveal Session, which will be scheduled three weeks after your wedding.
AFTER YOUR Wedding
At your Reveal Session, you will receive access to a password protected gallery where all of your images will be uploaded and categorized. You can share this gallery with all of your friends and family that you would like to have access to download you images.
You will also receive a wooden thumb drive for your personal use with all of your images. During the Reveal Session, all of your printed products and album(s) will be finalized and ordered. Products will be delivered 4-6 weeks after.
Reveal Session
I have been in business since 2016 and have photographed over 100 weddings. I've had the amazing opportunity to photograph weddings all over Oregon, in twenty-seven states across the United States, and in seven different countries. Growing up, I always wanted to be a wedding photographer– so this is literally my dream job! I absolutely love what I do and I would love nothing more than to work with you!
How many weddings have you photographed?
Because no one will take more time or care on your wedding day. No matter what curve-ball gets thrown our way, I will be there to advocate, problem-solve, and ensure that things stay on-track and that your wedding day will be absolutely perfect! I will be your eyes and ears on our day so that you can remain worry-free and in the moment. Trust in me and you won't regret it!
Why should we hire you for our wedding?
For weddings, elopements, or engagement sessions that take place outside of a 75 mile radius of Eugene, Oregon, a travel fee will be assessed. The travel fee is 60¢ per mile (based on the total round-trip miles). For locations more than 200 miles from Eugene, additional fees will be added to cover hotel expenses, as needed. We will discuss this in detail upon booking.
When do travel fees apply and what do you charge?
Every wedding is unique, so this question is very tricky to answer. Of course, I offer different wedding collections that include different coverage hours, so that is also a factor in the number of images you can expect. Typical wedding galleries will include anywhere between 500-1000 fully edited images. Elopement galleries typically include 300-700 fully edited images.
